  GREAT GARAGE, My family have had 4 cars from Cop Motors and we are delighted with the service. The cars are really well priced and always offer us a good part exchange price. We also take our cars back every year for a Service and MOT, would definitely recommend.

  Buying a car you’d want there to be an understanding to build the trust. You like the car they give you the sales pitch all will be order. Price agreed. Finance sorted. The finance deal signing on fee abit steep. Hardly any discount. Yeap full mot. Comes to the point we will give the car a full service which means they will cut as much of the cornering side of the service as the can, you won’t notice till your next service maybe a year down the road. They will keep if the paper work but in the same breath the options offered by the motor trade company they use for Parts won’t be the choice of the better part but as cheap as they can. Yearly service done today by a garage only to find it’s not had the service they state. Just shows you they can’t be trusted. They can’t even say it’s a mistake because they have the invoice for the Parts fitted but not even the same make as what was removed today at the service. If they can mislead you on a simple service what else could they be misleading there customers on. Please be aware of the sales pitch it sounds good but end of the day it’s all about the sale and getting your money.

  Found a brilliant car for my daughter and called in to test drive while on holiday after seeing add in Auto trader. Great service and great car. Battery replaced for new as original low on charge. After a bad experience with another dealer the week before so pleased to deal with a happy professional. Although a long way from us I would have no hesitation of buying another car from Copmanthorpe Motor sales
